Hotel Svanen can arrange your all-day meeting in our modern meeting rooms, with good catering, which creates a perfect setting for holding effective meetings.
- Freshly baked breakfast bread, butter, 2 types of cheese, homemade jams, various cold cuts, juice.
- Buffet of coffee, tea, iced water, fresh fruit and healthy snacks all day until 17.00
- Lunch plate with warm and cold dishes or 3 pcs. Unspecified highly coated smørrebrød incl. 1 beer/water
- Homemade afternoon cake
- Dinner with 2 courses, coffee/tea with homemade chocolates

Supplement for upgrading to a 3-course menu DKK 125
A lunch buffet with cold and hot dishes can also be offered for a minimum of 20 participants.
Should any kind of allergens be reserved, this must be notified to the reception 3 days before arrival.

We charge a fee for payment by credit card - Warranty & Cancellation Policy
A service charge of 50 is payable on public holidays DKK per person to cover public holiday allowances for our staff.
